A step-by-step tutorial for creating embossed metal backgrounds on ATCs (or anywhere else, really!).
The tape referred to goes under different names - you'll get it at the hardware store (not your local art shop). It's used to repair metal roofs. It's aluminium, usually, with a sticky black gunky backing, and comes in various widths.
